Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and execution of the Aftermarket strategic plan (STRAP), driving business model transformation to high-value service and digital solutions.
  • •Conduct installed base analysis (capture rates, segmentation, trends, growth drivers) to expand aftermarket parts, service, and repair revenue.
  • •Run Voice of the Customer (VOC) programs to understand requirements, pain points, and buying journeys across parts, service, repair, and digital offerings.
  • •Define, pilot, and scale new service models (e.g., predictive maintenance, outcome-based services, subscriptions) and own business case, requirements, and go-to-market for an asset management platform.
  • •Own pricing strategy/value-based pricing, governance, KPI reporting (revenue, gross margin, capture rate, retention), and partner cross-functionally to ensure execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; MBA or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • •6+ years of progressive experience in product management, aftermarket strategy, or service business development in industrial rotating equipment.
  • •Demonstrated success leading business model transformation, service innovation, or digital/IoT platform initiatives in B2B industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • •Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, including installed base analysis, VOC, pricing strategy, and STRAP development.
  • •Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders; excellent written and verbal communication with executive presentations.
