  • •Build trusted senior relationships across banking, payments and wealth clients.
  • •Shape strategic direction and create conviction around investment in digital initiatives.
  • •Work directly with CxO stakeholders to frame growth strategies, operating models and product direction.
  • •Identify, shape and convert new commercial opportunities in key FS accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in Financial Services strategy, transformation or digital product leadership.
  • •Track record leading senior client engagements and driving commercial outcomes.
  • •Strong understanding of financial services markets (banking, payments, wealth).
  • •Experience shaping and landing strategic programmes in complex organisations.
  • •Strong strategic framing and problem-solving ability; able to operate credibly with C-level and ExCo stakeholders.
