Job Summary

Drive profitable growth for a Cyber & Tech PI underwriting portfolio by leading technical risk selection, pricing discipline, and portfolio optimization. Build trusted relationships with customers and brokers across the region, and help shape the underwriting strategy for the Cyber vertical within Global Specialty. Manage complex risks with strong technical expertise and commercial judgment, while mentoring colleagues and collaborating closely with Claims, Actuarial, and Portfolio Management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the Cyber & Tech PI underwriting plan, focusing on technical risk selection, pricing discipline, and portfolio optimization.
•Shape the future of the Cyber & Tech PI portfolio in the Sweden/Nordics region.
•Manage complex risks with strong technical expertise and good governance.
•Build and maintain trusted partnerships with customers and brokers across the region.
•Mentor colleagues and collaborate with management and internal stakeholders (including Claims, Actuarial, and Portfolio Management) to develop and execute underwriting strategy.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker, with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
•Deep understanding of Cyber and/or Tech PI exposures, controls, insurance wording, and current market trends.
•Strong technical underwriting expertise with a commitment to risk quality and good governance.
•Strong business and financial acumen, including interpreting P&L drivers to support portfolio performance.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2); Swedish or another Nordic language is an advantage.
