Provide solutions-based securities and corporate governance counseling to internal clients at SpaceX. Lead SEC compliance, board governance modernization, and equity-related matters; oversee securities offerings, stock financings, and related stockholder relations. Collaborate with Finance on internal controls and audit compliance; draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements; support ITAR and compliance requirements in a fast-paced, onsite Hawthorne environment.
