Key Responsibilities

  • •Run discovery with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT and translate process requirements into an Omnea configuration.
  • •Design target procurement workflows including approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and edge cases.
  • •Direct AI-assisted deployment tooling to generate first-draft workflows/configurations and integration mappings from specifications.
  • •Validate AI-generated outputs against customer policies, processes, and edge cases before anything ships.
  • •Project-manage deployments, present configured workflows to executives and teams, track adoption post go-live, and feed learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or self-built experience).
  • •Comfort directing AI tools to produce first-draft work and applying judgment to catch issues in outputs.
  • •Client-facing experience, or the gravitas to deliver excellent stakeholder engagement.
  • •Tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up tools/products (e.g., Excel, SQL, Zapier) and become an Omnea product expert.
  • •Highly organised ability to run 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently without dropping commitments.
