Job Summary

Own end-to-end deployment of an AI-native procurement platform for multiple enterprise customers in parallel. Lead discovery across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT, translate processes into Omnea configurations, and direct AI-assisted tooling to generate workflow and integration mappings. Validate AI outputs against real policies and edge cases, manage stakeholder pushback, and feed learnings back to Product and Engineering to improve what ships next.

Key Responsibilities

•Run discovery with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT and translate process requirements into an Omnea configuration.
•Design target procurement workflows including approval chains, routing logic, integrations, and edge cases.
•Direct AI-assisted deployment tooling to generate first-draft workflows/configurations and integration mappings from specifications.
•Validate AI-generated outputs against customer policies, processes, and edge cases before anything ships.
•Project-manage deployments, present configured workflows to executives and teams, track adoption post go-live, and feed learnings back to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

•4-8 years in a fast-paced, high-bar environment (startup, scale-up, consulting, banking, or self-built experience).
•Comfort directing AI tools to produce first-draft work and applying judgment to catch issues in outputs.
•Client-facing experience, or the gravitas to deliver excellent stakeholder engagement.
•Tech-savvy and able to quickly pick up tools/products (e.g., Excel, SQL, Zapier) and become an Omnea product expert.
•Highly organised ability to run 3-5 enterprise deployments concurrently without dropping commitments.
