Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

•Lead in the production of track designs and provision of technical support throughout all stages of the design process (Feasibility through Construction) for Plain Line and S&C
•Independently deliver/manage the production of design deliverables in accordance with client requirements
•Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members
•Provide specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's area of expertise
•Develop study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality, cost-effective work by others

Key Requirements

•Master of Engineering or Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited college/university (Washington Accord preferred)
•Registered, Professional or Chartered Engineer, or eligible for qualification
•15+ years of track design experience on international projects (Middle East, UK, USA, Canada preferred)
•Proficiency in Bentley ORD and Autodesk Civil3D
•Extensive experience in Plain Line and Switches & Crossings; earthworks modelling and quantity estimation
