Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end experiences across new and existing features within a product suite for Web and mobile (phone/tablet).
  • •Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, user-friendly interaction patterns by partnering with product and engineering teams.
  • •Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes with documentation that communicates design intent.
  • •Build design concepts using Figma and FigJam, applying UX best practices and multi-source insights.
  • •Lead and evolve the design language system and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards while scoping and tracking work in Productboard and the Atlassian suite.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in UX and UI design, including persona development, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design for mobile and desktop applications.
  • •Strong proficiency in persona development, user journeys, use cases, and storyboarding.
  • •Experience building and managing a design system.
  • •A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, user-friendly designs through collaboration and user research.
