  • •Identify improvement opportunities using KPI performance data (safety, quality, waste, productivity).
  • •Oversee human capital planning and management, including staffing, performance management, and compensation planning.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, product safety, fire protection, company policies/procedures, housekeeping, and regulatory agencies.
