Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and assist guests using sports and leisure facilities to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience.
  • •Set up, inspect, and maintain sports equipment and recreational areas for cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • •Provide information on available activities, facility rules, schedules, and promote recreational programs to guests.
  • •Monitor compliance with health, safety, and emergency procedures, responding promptly to incidents or guest concerns.
  • •Assist with bookings, equipment rentals, and guest requests to deliver friendly, professional customer service.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality or guest service-related work.
  • •Minimum two years of experience in retail/cash handling.
  • •Experience in a spa environment preferred.
  • •Experience working with B4T, and Opera preferred but not required.
