Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive customer onboarding and adoption engagements, including kickoffs and training strategies.
  • •Provide sustained customer support during exercises and day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and incident coordination.
  • •Develop deep proficiency in the application to support implementation across customer environments.
  • •Collect and communicate product feedback to the product team and recommend improvements.
  • •Support account health, retention, renewals, and growth opportunities based on customer dynamics.
