Job Summary

Support the Head of Large Segment and the team in governance, sales, and client management for the Large Segment (>€300M). Manage KPI reporting, consolidate commercial performance analyses, coordinate the commercial network and internal stakeholders, and drive end-to-end processes. This hybrid Milano-based role contributes to cross-functional initiatives between Risk and Human Capital in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support governance activities for the Large Segment, including analyses, reporting and KPI monitoring.
•Prepare and consolidate analyses of commercial performance.
•Support coordination of the commercial network (Client Partner, Broking, local and central stakeholders).
•Manage end-to-end commercial processes (planning, pipeline, new business, retention).
•Support cross-selling initiatives and development of integrated solutions between Risk and Human Capital.
