Job Summary

Drive growth for the Earn & Wealth products by scaling user acquisition, engagement, and asset conversion (AUM growth) across Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, and Launchpool. Build and optimize the end-to-end user lifecycle, lead ROI-focused growth campaign planning, and develop segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, and behavior. Use SQL/Excel/BI dashboards, A/B testing, and performance reporting to continuously improve conversion, retention, and user experience while partnering with Product, Finance, BD, and GTM teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite.
•Build and optimize the user lifecycle framework from onboarding through repeat and high-value upgrades.
•Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns and initiatives.
•Develop user segmentation models and design targeted strategies and journeys for different cohorts.
•Build dashboards, run A/B testing, and produce performance reports to support product and business decisions; collaborate across teams for GTM launches.

Key Requirements

•3+ years in operations within internet, fintech, or crypto, with strong preference for wealth/investment product experience.
•Solid understanding of financial products, especially crypto-based offerings like savings, staking, structured products, and DeFi yield.

•Strong systems thinking to translate business challenges into scalable, structured solutions.
•Proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management, plus excellent communication in English and Chinese.
