Senior IT Procurement Officer

Manage the end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle for the Information Technology Department, acting as Senior Buyer for the IT category. Handle RFQs/RFPs, vendor solicitation, communication, and negotiation; build procurement plans and oversee contract drafting, execution, archiving, and contract database maintenance. Create and issue POs, coordinate vendor registration/account updates, ensure SAP Ariba utilization, and close open POs while supporting timely vendor payments.
