Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership and management for the School Development Plan priorities and subject/area planning.

•Support and performance-manage teachers, including implementing performance management processes and leading a professional learning community.
•Oversee curriculum leadership for the elementary phase and manage internal/external assessment practices.
•Ensure effective deployment of staff and resources, including budget allocation, safe learning environments, and accountability to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in education or B.Sc. with PGCE is essential (a master’s degree is desirable).
•Minimum 6 years of teaching experience.
•Line/performance management or pastoral experience is required.
•Middle leadership experience is required, with experience leading whole-school initiatives that improved standards and achievement.
•Very good/outstanding teaching ability, with experience supporting teaching across an ability range.
