Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate design, permitting, and delivery of real estate projects, from renovations to multi-phased, multi-use development.
  • •Lead master planning, design, estimating, and internal project approvals for multiple low-to-medium complexity projects.
  • •Establish and oversee budgets, and maintain final cost accounting and budget closeout for projects.
  • •Partner with Facility Managers, Planners, IT, security, legal, program leads, procurement, and vendors; create project teams and drive collaboration.
  • •Review architectural and engineering drawings, manage compliance with lease terms, and oversee project closeout items (maintenance manuals, as-builts, warranties, reimbursements).

Key Requirements
