Senior Employee Success People Advisor with Payroll

Support geographically dispersed employees and managers with payroll and employee-life-cycle inquiries through a case management system. Maintain and improve the HR knowledge base via self-service articles. Process employee data corrections and transactions in Workday, including third-party deductions and end-to-end payroll cycles with year-end audits. Partner cross-functionally to find process inefficiencies, participate in UAT for system enhancements, and help modernize Employee Success People Services workflows.
