Vans: Supervisor - South Plains Mall

Lead the South Plains Mall store team by coaching and developing associates while driving an exceptional, consumer-centric customer experience. Partner with Store Leadership to monitor KPIs, support sales and profitability goals, and ensure operational excellence across daily store routines, merchandising standards, and stockroom/inventory flow. Help train and onboard new team members, uphold safety and company policies, support loss-prevention practices, and contribute to an inclusive store culture and local community events.
