•Broadcast ClickUp’s innovation by driving high-impact feature launches and maintaining a consistent velocity narrative.
•Translate complex AI product capabilities into customer value stories that resonate and convert.
•Architect AI-powered marketing systems including automated content, intelligent segmentation, predictive lifecycle triggers, and funnel attribution.
•Partner with product, growth, and acquisition teams to deliver cohesive customer journeys from first touch through expansion.
•Design and run full-funnel conversion experiments and own lifecycle/in-app messaging across onboarding, activation, retention, expansion, and win-back.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-10+ years in growth/lifecycle/performance marketing.
•Deep expertise in at least two areas: lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, funnel strategy, email/nurture programs.
•Exceptional copywriting and messaging skills with a portfolio of high-converting copy.
•Proven experimentation track record with quantified business impact; data fluent in cohort analysis and attribution modeling.
•Operate at 3-5x output using AI-powered workflows (not one-off prompts) and be able to demo how AI changes strategy.
