Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver core service user support services required under the AASC contract for the assigned area.
  • •Complete monthly property inspections (and additional inspections as required) to ensure standards, performance targets, and maintenance needs are met.
  • •Provide welfare support and signposting to service users; respond to requests, complaints, and incidents via AIRE Services and report outcomes.
  • •Manage access to the accommodation for suppliers, visitors, and maintenance; undertake first fix and minor repairs where tasked.
  • •Maintain safety and compliance through daily patrols, CCTV monitoring, weekly fire alarm testing, emergency evacuations, and safeguarding/welfare checks.
