Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and enhance financial compliance policies, programs, and procedures to meet applicable laws and regulations.
  • •Prepare, track, and maintain financial metrics and compile and submit required financial regulatory reports.
  • •Oversee financial policy execution and internal controls, including effectiveness of EEA-specific internal financial controls and remedial steps.
  • •Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closings and prepare and track local entity budgets.
  • •Oversee project management for financial projects and partner with stakeholders, including compliance, auditors, and executive leadership, on financial matters and regulatory requests.

Key Requirements

  • •12–15 years of experience with financial analysis and regulatory reporting, with a Bachelors/Masters background in a related area.
  • •3–5 years of experience in a fintech or relevant industry.
  • •Strong understanding of financial regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards, including MiFID II and associated custodial/safeguarding requirements.
  • •Proven ability to prepare, track, and maintain key financial metrics and compile financial regulatory reports.
  • •ACA or other relevant certification.
