Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Confirmed degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in reporting operations.
  • •Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment with structured, self-organised, and collaborative working style.
  • •Data analysis capability for examining large quantities of data, with strong project management and customer orientation.
  • •Good judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive HR data, including GDPR requirements.
  • •Very good knowledge of HR KPIs and advanced Excel skills, including macros; experience with SAP HR reporting (BW and R/3) and/or Workday certifications (Core HCM, reporting) is a plus.
