Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications, analyzing and resolving incidents within SLA.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and handle service requests and standard changes.
  • •Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates; support deployment activities and transport management.
  • •Monitor and maintain SAP system environments and perform core Basis functions (e.g., corrections, support packs, kernels, transports).
  • •Coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams; prepare documentation/knowledge articles; participate in on-call and follow ITIL incident/problem/change/release processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications within SLA.
  • •Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Basis implementation/migration/upgrade full life cycle.
  • •Experience monitoring and maintaining SAP environments (Sandbox, Development, QA, Production, DR) including core Basis functions like corrections, support packs, kernels, and transports.
  • •Experience with system refreshes/restores for dual (ABAP+Java) and single-stack systems, and applying enhancement packages.
  • •Well-versed with the SAP business suite and experience installing/configuring/supporting Solution Manager.
