•Drive productivity improvements and employee development while maximizing the value of diversity.
•Implement Lean Manufacturing practices, including Daily Management, TPM, and 5S, to support customer delivery.
•Lead the team and production center, ensuring policies and systems are executed consistently to meet customer expectations at lowest cost.

•Ability to lead by example: set expectations, follow up, identify barriers, take corrective actions, and hold people accountable.
•Sound understanding of project management and strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
