Key Requirements

  • •Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, or another 4-year degree.
  • •Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience with responsibility for labor issues in a manufacturing environment, preferably union.
  • •Ability to lead by example: set expectations, follow up, identify barriers, take corrective actions, and hold people accountable.
  • •Sound understanding of project management and strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
