Drive successful fragrance development from brief through adoption, with a proven ability to launch winning products.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end fragrance development cycle for assigned accounts, from brief through adoption.
•Collaborate with perfumers, technical development, marketing, consumer insights, and commercial teams to deliver client solutions.
•Develop fragrance themes aligned with customer expectations and consumer needs using available data analysis.
•Maintain awareness of scented products across assigned categories to identify olfactive trends and opportunities.
•Partner with Sales to co-create fragrance strategies, share ideas, and nurture client relationships.

•University degree is required.
•5+ consecutive years in fragrance development, preferably with experience in Home and/or surface cleaning fragrances.
•Must be olfactively trained.
•Proven track record of successful fragrance launches.
