Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver end-to-end project management by partnering with People Partners and business stakeholders to manage timelines, deliverables, and tracking mechanisms.
  • •Manage day-to-day coordination of people project activities, including project tracking, chasing deliverables, and maintaining alignment with key stakeholders.
  • •Maintain, analyse, and visualise People metrics to flag trends, evaluate team health, and support accurate project scoping.
  • •Enable data-driven insights by building narrative stories with data to influence stakeholder decisions.
  • •Facilitate change management by designing and delivering project change and communication plans for seamless rollouts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,750 - 4,750 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable project management experience on large, complex projects with hands-on delivery of assessments and interventions.
  • •Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to adapt to the environment.
  • •Experience working closely with a People/HR team and supporting leads and employees across geographies and time zones.
  • •High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, using data to provide insights, inform decisions, and visualise findings.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate group processes, varying communication style based on diverse perspectives.
