Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling for patients, including verifying orders and patient ID, obtaining blood via venipuncture and finger sticks, and maintaining specimen integrity for lab testing. Track and document collections and quality-control results, ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI and regulatory standards, and resolve unusual test orders by coordinating with clinical and lab stakeholders. Also support patient report logistics, billing follow-ups, and courier scheduling for specimen pickups.
