Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate assigned production equipment (extrusion laminator, Flexographic or Rotogravure Press, slitter/rewinder, doctor winder/rework) to meet production goals.
  • •Support Environmental Health & Safety and ensure compliance with company and department safety guidelines.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality by removing flagged defects and performing required QA tests; complete all production, SOC, cleaning log, and QA paperwork.
  • •Operate a forklift truck and perform start-up/shut-down, minimize change-over time, and support clean-up and housekeeping standards.
  • •Analyze problems, take corrective action, maintain GFSI and 5S standards, and complete hazardous-waste duties and required training.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum three years of manufacturing experience.
  • •Support Environmental Health & Safety for the facility and follow policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
  • •Ability to operate extrusion laminator and Flexographic or Rotogravure Press according to manufacturing and customer specifications and SOPs.
  • •Perform quality assurance work, including removing flagged defects and completing standard QA tests and required reports/paperwork.
  • •Good computer skills and ability to enter required data accurately and on time.
