Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering impactful service.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients for appropriate financial wellness support.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies; consistently meet individual goals for activity and outcomes.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience building client relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash and ensuring accurate transaction processing.
  • •General understanding of PC use with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
