Operate and maintain test lab equipment to test wheel and brake assemblies and components. Read blueprints, set up hydraulic/electrical test hardware, install sensors, collect and verify data, calibrate tools, and train operators. Maintain safety and cleanliness, perform routine maintenance, and support engineers in test execution for aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities

•Read and interpret test requests and assembly blueprints; seek clarification if needed.
•Retrieve and assemble test hardware; take required weights and measurements.
•Install sensors and gauges (e.g., thermocouples, accelerometers, pressure gauges) as required.
•Set up test equipment and program data acquisition systems and machine controls.
•Record and verify test results; ensure accuracy of methods

Key Requirements

•HS Diploma or GED as minimum
•1 year CNC machining experience or 2 years manufacturing experience
•Experience with technical documents (routings, blueprints, engineering process specifications, instructions)
•Ability to perform measurements and use weights, sensors, gauges as required
•Able to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE as required
