ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST I

Maintain internal control procedures and support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and generally accepted accounting principles. Process credits, debits, re-bills, and invoice research; manage receivables activity, payments, deductions, and write-offs with proper documentation. Handle customer payment and billing issues, log and verify product returns, and post deposits daily. Coordinate with transportation partners on account issues (including COD) and assist other departments as needed.
