Key Responsibilities

•Lift, load, unload, and move passenger bags and luggage (including placing bags on conveyor and attaching bag tags).

•Coordinate passenger boarding/deplaning in the gate area and assist with special needs passengers and unaccompanied minors.
•Push wheelchairs between designated areas and assist wheelchair passengers as needed.
•Carry and operate a radio/pager and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 13.87 - 23.54 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous customer service experience.
•Demonstrated expertise with Windows-based computer programs, including Excel and Word.
•Must be a U.S. citizen or show proof of right to work in the U.S., and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Excellent communication and public speaking skills (at least 16 years of age).
•Ability to stand for long periods and lift/bend as required (ability to lift up to 70 pounds comfortably).
