Own data-led reporting, analytics, budgeting, and system infrastructure for global benefits programs. Consolidate benefits renewal data with regional HR teams and the global benefits broker, run pay gap/pay equity analyses, and translate market benchmarking into competitiveness and cost-effectiveness recommendations. Manage the benefits management system, coordinate annual renewals, and oversee vendor performance to keep benefits offerings consistent and compliant across countries.

Key Responsibilities

•Own analytics for benefits renewals by consolidating data from regional HR teams and the local broker for evidence-based renewal decisions.
•Conduct pay gap and pay equity analysis in partnership with the Compensation Manager.
•Maintain audit-ready benefits documentation, cost tracking, and global compliance records while leading global benefits budgets and forecasts.
•Own and manage the benefits management system, including reliable data feeds and system configuration, updates, and enhancements.
•Coordinate annual renewals globally with the benefits broker and manage day-to-day relationships and vendor performance to improve service levels and value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
•5+ years of experience in HR COE roles with a focus on total rewards in a global or multi-country environment.
•Proven experience in vendor management, ideally with a global benefits broker.
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and system reporting tools.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across geographies and cultures.
