  • •Own the ISC Learning & Development strategy and ensure alignment to business priorities and effectiveness goals.
  • •Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of leadership and professional development programs for front-line supervisors and site leaders.
  • •Design and implement adult-learning-based, scalable multi-modal learning solutions using instructional design methodology.
  • •Drive operational excellence across ISC Learning & Development, including intake, capacity planning, financial oversight, and quality standards.
