Key Responsibilities

•Run the channel – from ideation to hosting to production. Lead the team while showing up on camera as the voice of Million Dollar Nurse.
•On-camera 3-4 hours per week; host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos.
•Set the content strategy, topics, angles, and content prioritization.
•Manage the team from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality.
•Analyze metrics with the head of social bi-weekly to optimize production and performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually
