Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide qualified, technical consulting and support to clients after implementation projects.
  • •Create requirements analyses and effort estimates, design business processes, and implement SAP SuccessFactors with integration considerations and technologies.
  • •Lead and manage module and integration testing, and deliver internal and external training with documentation using relevant tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Workbooks).
  • •Prepare decision materials for client decision-makers, coordinate independently, enforce standards (based on the SAP SuccessFactors cloud solution), and deliver client presentations and workshops at management level in English and German.
  • •Develop know-how in innovative business or technological topics and contribute to internal Knowledge Management across local and global teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or comparable professional experience)
  • •5+ years of consulting and SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience
  • •Experience with agile project methodologies
  • •Strong German and English language skills (written and spoken)
  • •Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules (e.g., Learning) and with SAP Solution Manager or similar ticket tools
