Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and lead construction operations for large hi-tech manufacturing projects to ensure overall success and quality targets.
  • •Advise at the project conception stage on approaches to meet client objectives.
  • •Establish project success criteria and implement governance, processes, and systems for the project.
  • •Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues, including production of the detailed project plan.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams, manage change control, monitor performance using KPIs, and oversee project finances and reporting with regular client communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in civil, mechanical engineering, construction, or related field with experience leading project management commissions for medium to large general construction projects.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical projects.
  • •Knowledge of core project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Experience managing contractors across pre- and post-contract stages and managing tendering processes (preferred).
  • •Fluent spoken and written Mandarin and English; working knowledge of MS Project and the MS Office suite.
