Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture and 6 years of related interior design experience in commercial and government interior construction projects.
  • •US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the projects.
  • •Licensure/certifications required: NCIDQ and/or NCARB.
  • •Experience with building codes, standards, structures, space planning, and ADA requirements.
  • •Experience with Autodesk Revit and Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and documenting contract interiors FF&E specifications.
