Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering leaders and developers to identify high-value Codex opportunities and translate them into technical architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria.
  • •Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software development workflows that improve planning, writing, testing, review, debugging, and delivery.
  • •Build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, integrations, workflow automations, and production accelerators—often using Codex.
  • •Help customers move from experiments to reliable production workflows with sustained developer adoption and scaled impact.
  • •Lead technical deep dives and workshops, diagnosing implementation challenges and driving technical blockers to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated track record designing, building, and delivering software or AI systems in enterprise environments, taking systems from prototype to production.
  • •Strong hands-on contributions across code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, integrations, or production engineering.
  • •Proficiency in Python and comfort working across modern software development environments; experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is valuable.
  • •Ability to evaluate AI coding systems systematically using representative tasks, automated evaluations, production signals, and developer feedback.
