Job Summary

Install, qualify, repair, and maintain ASML systems at customer sites as part of the Customer Support organization. Diagnose and resolve defined technical problems, execute repairs using tools and parts, and coordinate procedures based on customer machine windows. Hand over issues to 2nd line support with well-documented work orders and reports. Train users on malfunctions and routine maintenance, optimize processes, and coach less experienced engineers while continuously building product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze problems by gathering relevant information, using available means, and executing an initial approach with consultation as needed.
•Handover issues to 2nd line support and document/package all data needed for problem resolution (e.g., pass-downs, work orders, field service and system problem reports, technical reports).
•Perform independent repairs and standard service actions by using tools, replacing parts, and improving settings.
•Plan and execute procedures based on arranged customer machine time windows, ensuring parts, tools, equipment, and knowledge are available at procedure start.
•Train and advise users on corrective actions, routine maintenance, and equipment use; identify gaps and improvement opportunities; coach less experienced engineers.

Key Requirements

•BSc degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
•Experience in a technical industry; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
•Experience using computer applications, including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
•Complete knowledge of product functionality for the main modules/sub-modules.
•Experienced Field Service Engineering with the ability to handle maintenance problems with limited supervision.
