Key Responsibilities

  • •Support investment banking origination and execution activities for private/public financings, M&A, and other advisory services.
  • •Perform financial analysis and modeling for transactions.
  • •Conduct industry and company-specific research to support deal execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical aptitude with solid understanding of financial statements and financial modeling.
