Packager - 2nd shift, 3pm - 11pm, $19.58 + $2.25 shift premium + Sign-on Bonus

Pack and label products as part of the Decorah Operations team, operating bagging equipment and running machines to meet customer-driven specifications. You’ll maintain quality expectations, complete required paperwork, manage inventory and labels, and keep work areas safe and orderly. The role also supports timely shipments, collaborates with coworkers, and assists with minor repairs and maintenance needs while following manufacturing and shipping system requirements.
