Key Responsibilities

  • •Own onsite trading and merchandising strategy and execution across assigned categories, maintaining execution quality, category presentation, and customer experience.
  • •Translate category and campaign strategies into onsite actions across navigation, search, product ordering, and promotional placements.
  • •Plan and execute the Canadian campaign and promotional calendar by converting commercial priorities into onsite merchandising plans, timelines, and execution requirements.
  • •Run standard reporting and monitor category performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across key KPIs and recommending strategic actions.
  • •Continuously improve onsite experience for navigation, search, product discoverability, and conversion; partner cross-functionally to coordinate execution and share performance insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and onsite tools such as Bloomreach or similar search/sorting solutions.
