Own the offer and purchasing strategy for Faces product categories and brands, including action plans for merchandising, promotional activities, pricing, and negotiations. Build and track department business plans and performance objectives, manage budgets, and optimize the product mix across store locations. Benchmark performance against competition, develop category tools and services, lead supplier partnerships and negotiations, and coordinate openings and refurbishments.
