  • •Supervise HR staff as necessary, promote EEO initiatives, oversee attendance and payroll, and coordinate discipline/terminations with corporate approval.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of human resources experience with an understanding of broad HR functions, policies, products, and services.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Social Sciences (master’s degree preferred).
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of associates.
  • •Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
