Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute growth strategies in refining and renewable fuels by identifying high-value opportunities and strengthening customer engagement.
  • •Build and manage strategic account plans aligning customer priorities and market trends with Alfa Laval’s technology portfolio.
  • •Influence technology selection and project specifications throughout the customer project lifecycle with refinery operators, licensors, and EPC/engineering stakeholders.
  • •Create and advance a qualified pipeline of capital equipment and lifecycle service opportunities using industry knowledge and customer needs.
  • •Lead customer-facing activities (site visits, technical workshops, process reviews, executive presentations) and deliver technical/commercial proposals demonstrating measurable value.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or Mechanical Engineering with relevant refinery experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting refining, renewable fuels, petrochemical, or industrial processing sectors in engineering/technical sales/business development/consulting roles.
  • •Working knowledge of refinery processes and the operational, technical, and economic factors that drive customer priorities and investment decisions.
  • •Experience engaging with refinery operators, engineering contractors, licensors, technology providers, consultants, or similar stakeholders across planning, design, operation, or optimization.
  • •Familiarity with heat transfer applications and process equipment/heat exchangers is preferred.
