Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming Qantas Group employee and business manager queries relating to staff and duty travel benefits.
  • •Create, manage, and refund Qantas and interline bookings as required.
  • •Provide an exceptional level of service and working knowledge of Staff Travel and Duty Travel Program Conditions.
  • •Maintain accurate, methodical processing of travel requests and related documentation.
  • •Help drive a continuous improvement culture within the Staff and Duty Travel team.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an IATA Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 certificate (or a relevant tertiary qualification).
  • •Have previous airline industry experience in reservations and ticketing.
  • •Be familiar with airline reservation systems, with Amadeus being highly regarded.
  • •Deliver outstanding customer service, ideally in a contact centre environment.
  • •Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills while juggling multiple priorities.
