Key Responsibilities

  • •Wire harness routing and installation design using 3D CAD (Siemens NX).
  • •Follow industry best practices and guidance for design and installation of wire harnesses.
  • •Select industry-standard components to meet design applications and requirements.
  • •Position aircraft components and equipment to provide optimal wire routing for safety, weight, and installation constraints.
  • •Provide installation instructions and create inspection criteria, with configuration and change management across the aircraft lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 198,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
  • •2-5 years of experience in engineering and design of aircraft wiring.
  • •Experience using 3D CAD software and electrical routing modules/workbenches (Siemens NX and Electrical Routing Package preferred, Catia V5 Electrical Workbench).
  • •Experience using wiring CAD software (Mentor Graphics Capital, HarnessXC and Logic).
  • •Hands on experience fabricating, installing, and inspecting wire harnesses.
