Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complete paint applications, including color matching and mixing for a quality finish
  • •Execute minor repairs such as sanding and grinding to restore vehicle surfaces
  • •Maintain paint preparation standards to ensure vehicles meet CarMax quality guidelines
  • •Follow standardized work processes and maintain compliance with CarMax Paint Standards
  • •Maintain equipment/tool condition for safety and efficiency and keep the work area clean and orderly per EH&S requirements

  • •Completion of CarMax New Associate Orientation Training – Operations

  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors in varying conditions
  • •Must be clean-shaven to use half-face respirator and use CarMax-provided respiratory protection.
