•Own the product vision and strategy for our portfolio of channel integrations (Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.).
•Prioritize the product roadmap, define requirements, and lead development from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
•Use quantitative metrics and qualitative insights to inform product decisions.
•Work collaboratively to align stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineering, design, sales, and partnerships.
•Drive cross-functional execution and ensure delivery of high-impact features that meet customer needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 161,000 - 184,000 annually
