Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize project plans across constraints, managing scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • •Monitor execution throughout the lifecycle, proactively identify risks/issues/dependencies, and drive resolution with mitigating plans.
  • •Manage governance and decision-making, including effective steering committees, sponsor engagement, and escalation when needed.
  • •Mobilize the project team, allocate tasks and roles, and drive pace by removing barriers to project success.
  • •Execute change implementation and manage project closure and handover to the business to ensure benefits realization.

  • •Strong project management skills and experience delivering on time and on budget outcomes aligned to business case goals.

  • •People management experience, including leading teams across different work streams and allocating roles and tasks.
